Spinach Artichoke Dip

Need to take an appetizer to a party this holiday season? Here is the perfect recipe for you. It's simple and flavorful. It's sure to be a crowd pleaser!

Spinach Artichoke Dip

1 - 15oz can artichoke hearts , drained and roughly chopped
½ package (box) frozen chopped spinach, thaw a little in the micro so it softens up
½ package cream cheese, soft
½ cup mayo
½ cups shredded parmesan cheese
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 tsp basil
2 TBS milk
a few dashes salt & pepper

Combine all ingredients with a mixer. Put in 8X8 baking dish and heat at 350 for about 25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve with chips.
